Booking Details
All bungalows are EXCLUSIVE of breakfast.
The deposit payment required is to cover 50% of your stay.
Extra beds are supplied in double beds and are 200 Baht per night (not per person).
Transfer to / from Thongsala is 100 Baht each way.
Use of safe box on reception.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the restaurant and in the bungalows.
Safety boxes are installed in each room.
Laundry is 50 Baht per kilo.
Full Moon Party transfer (one way) is 200 Baht per person.
Booking Restrictions
The Minimum Stay is 3 days on the Full Moon period, 5 nights at New Year and 5 nights at Christmas.
Huts can hold a maximum of 2 extra beds.
4 guests maximum per hut.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be notified either by fax or e-mail from the same email or fax from which they were booked.
15 days or more notice and a full refund of deposit is available for any cancellations. Cancellations received within 7 days of check in are not eligible for a refund. Notice within 8 - 14 days in advance incurrs a fee of 25% of the total amount of booking. No-show and early check out is charged 100%. Deposits are returned less any charges incurred – e.g. Paypal transaction charges of 3.4% per transaction if over 60 days since booking made (otherwise no charge).
